How quickly can I get approved?
Many of our clients receive conditional approval within 24–48 hours. Once we have your documentation, we move fast. We know waiting isn't fun — so we don't make you.
Do you operate nationally?
Yes. R&Co works with clients right across Australia. The conversation usually starts with a phone call or email — we'll sort out the paperwork from there, wherever you are.
I have bad credit — can you still help?
We'll always have an honest conversation with you about your situation. We work with a range of lenders and understand that credit history doesn't always tell the full story. Reach out and let's talk.
What documents will I need?
Typically: photo ID, recent payslips or proof of income, bank statements (last 3 months), and details of any existing debts. For business loans, we'll also want to look at your financials. We'll walk you through it step by step.
Are there any upfront fees?
We're upfront about all fees — no hidden surprises. We'll explain exactly what's involved before you commit to anything. That's the R&Co way.
